By using the Website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.
 

 

Custom Surfboard Orders

Deposits taken are a part of the final amount of the full product that you will pay when the product is completed. The Deposit is a non-refundable amount confirming your order and confirming you accept the full price of the product to be paid in full when the product construction is completed and ready to be collected or shipped.

Custom Surfboard Orders are non-refundable immediately upon commencing production of your custom order whether paid for pro forma or upon receipt of goods. Any refunds we issue will be at the discretion of Howzi surfboards subject to our terms of service, refund policy and quality guarantees.

 

 

Stock Surfboard orders/ refund policy

Refunds for any stock surfboard purchases are accepted within 14 days if unused and unopened, any product used or signs of use will not be refunded if returned,
Unused & Unopened – return postage will be at the customer’s cost, refunds will be to the value of the product purchased. Postage is not refundable.

Please note factory seconds, ex demo or ex team second hand board are sold as seen and not eligible for return unless damaged in transit. Please ensure you understand exactly what you are purchasing

Paypal refunds will be in full minus the Paypal fees that are non-refundable, see Paypal terms and conditions for more information

 

Delivery

We can offer shipping on any of the board purchases. This is subject to the restrictions and terms of service of both Howzi Surfboards as well as that of the courier service used for you surfboard delivery.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible or held accountable for.

All surfboards must be unwrapped and checked for any damage before you sign and any signs of damage in transit must be notified to the driver.

 

Surfboard Warranty information

Summary of Surfboard Warranty: Our surfboards are warranted to made from the best materials to the highest known standards. Because of the nature of the sport of surfing, no guarantees against damage or breakage of surfboards are offered or implied.

In the rare event of any structural defects to be found upon receipt of your surfboards (other than that deemed to be caused in transit if shipped to you) we would offer either a replacement or refund subject to the terms & conditions of our stock refund policy.

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, place an order, fill out a form, subscribe to the newsletter and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, phone number, credit card information,
We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users may refuse to supply personal identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site-related activities.

Definitions

‘Stock Surfboard’ – Any surfboard that is purchased ‘off the shelf’ or already manufactured before order is received/ paid for in full.

‘Custom Surfboard’ – Any surfboard that is ordered with your own personal specifications whether they be the same or different to standard or stock specifications and work has not commenced on production of this surfboard prior to your order being received.
